Chili's a few years ago.  I had a severe case of gastroenteritis, thought to be caused by rancid sour cream. I had eaten their Quesadilla appetizer platter.  Never again.

Not quite sure I can say it's food poisoning, but Golden Corral always has the same effect as mild food poisoning.... (yes, haven't been there in 8 years since the last misjudgement call to go there).

I know of somebody who died at a sizzler, but I don't think that was the cause. I did hear a few years back of a girl getting e.coli there.
