What position does soul occupy while dealing with heart, mind, spirit, and consciousness?

Assumptions:

Spirit -- the spark of divine that is in all of us

Soul -- the aspect of spirit that is unique to each of us, our higher selves, if you will. This is a growing evolving thing.

Heart -- the seat, the very throne of God in me and in you;

Mind -- the observer, the thinker, the controller.



I think the soul abides in the 6th chakra.  I think it stays there; but is able to be integrated with the others.  I am not that experienced with these matters. What is your experience?

The soul, like a mirror, is a reflection of our body. When we choose to lead our bodies into sin, our souls become tinted with that particular sin. Archbishop Fulton Sheen once compared the soul in a body to water in a colored glass. The water will reflect whatever color the glass is. If the glass is blue, the water will look blue. The only difference is, once the water is poured out, it is seen as clear again. When our souls depart from our bodies at death, the color remains, and that is how we will present ourselves to God, Who is purity and clarity.

Enveloped (in veil of samskaras) God is soul and the soul which has penetrated that veil of samskaras is God.

Soul is anchored near heart region. It moves in and outside body like a free form of void.

soul is the aatma(life),

depending on the consciousness---soul will activate

while taking the life ,, the soul will have some targets

if anybody is having higher consciousness(higher positive energies)---he will act according to heart--- in this case the soul will work according to heart(God) guidence---- Since God knows ur target of taking life---ur soul will lead the life with happy/heartful love only(no conditions,no adjustments,no hurts,no comparisions, etc)

if anybody is having lower consciousness(lower positive energies) ---he will act according to mind(fear,ego)---in this case the soul has to according to mind guidence ---since mind doesn't know the target of soul---always some hurts,suppressions, fears etc--coz mind makes the works all out of comparisions,hurts,suppressions,fears etc

if any body dies with lot of mind power--- his soul won't  take next birth/

won't go to the higher lokas(which are nonphysical as heart and mind or thoughts)-- remain in this physical world with non physical form called Spirit.

The influence of the atomic soul can be spread all over a particular body. According to the Mundaka Upanisad, this atomic soul is situated in the heart of every living entity, and because the measurement of the atomic soul is beyond the power of appreciation of the material scientists, some of them assert foolishly that there is no soul. The individual atomic soul is definitely there in the heart along with the Supersoul, and thus all the energies of bodily movement are emanating from this part of the body. The corpuscles which carry the oxygen from the lungs gather energy from the soul. When the soul passes away from this position, the activity of the blood, generating fusion, ceases. Medical science accepts the importance of the red corpuscles, but it cannot ascertain that the source of the energy is the soul. Medical science, however, does admit that the heart is the seat of all energies of the body.
