  1. 1st base or third base

  2. Theres really no position where players hit the most HRs. But typically the power hitters are usually at 1B, in the outfield, and the DH. Although there are power hitters at other positions such as A-rod 3B and Johnny Peralta SS.

  3. Eh, no particular position, really. The "power hitters" tend to be somewhat poorer defensively, so they usually are stuck in the outfield (corners, either left or right), but that really doesn't mean much. Alex Rodriguez is a third baseman, for example, and hits a ton of home runs. I think overall, however, it's rather split.

  4. Batter

  5. the batter's box. preferably holding a bat and facing the pitcher.

  6. Outfielders and 3rd baseman like Vlad, sizemore, fonso, arod, d-wright, miggy, braun, zim, wells, rios, holliday, and others.

  7. I think the only one that can hit a homerun is the one at bat.

  8. corner infielders (3b, 1b) and corner outfielders (lf, rf). and then there's willie mays (cf) who's just better than anyone else!

  9. In the American League it's the designated hitter.  Otherwise, third base, first base, and the outfield.  You can hide a good hitter, bad fielder at first base.  If you look at the list of 500+ home run hitters you will find more outfielders on the list than anything else.  You can check that out in Wikipedia.  The top seven are outfielders and then you start to see first and third basemen.
