On a heavy running team, its the RBs and OL because they are being used and get hit more than anyone. If you have a heavy passing team, The WRs will get hurt because they have to jump up to get the ball, leaving them very susceptible to get hit - hard. The QB shouldn't get hurt if the OL does good but no matter what the OL and DL are the most physical parts of the team and might be the position that gets hurt the most.

Usually it's running backs, since they take a lot of abuse.

Running backs touch it more than anybody else, and are constantly hit hard, so it would be backs.

Next, it would be the offensive and defensive line. They get legs trampled on constantly.

Then, I would say quarterbacks because they are sitting ducks back there. Blind hits from defensive ends will hurt the toughest quarterback.
