I am still a virgin myself, but I know some of my friends have bled (like spotting) for a couple of days afterwards.  Sometimes the hips are sore so walking might be weird for a couple of days, but that's about it.

the old wives tale used to be that you could tell by how you walked.  old wives tale = myth, untruth, big fat lie.

unless you're getting a pelvic exam, the only thing that will give you away is the goofy smile on your face when your best friend asks 'did you do it?'.
