What postgraduate degrees in canada can earn PR quickly?

i want to study (and migrate parmanently) in canda. my undergrad major is mass communication. what postgraduate degree will entitle me to be canadian citizen most quickly?

I don't think Canada has such rule, that is having a post graduate degree that will entitle you to a quick Canadian citizenship. But, if you're criterion is quick,as in quick, you can marry aCanadian citizen, and your school credentials does not count in the least. But, may I ask, why the hurry to be a Canadian citizen? Anywhere in the world, they look at the person applying for citizenship as a whole, and you go by the rules. BTW, some years back, in 1997 Vancouver granted Canadian citizenship to HK Chinese, if they come in as investors, with at least fifty grand USD as investment. Just don't know if it still applicable.
