  1. really just about any kind that will fit in its holder will do but always better to get 600 or above cold cranking you can get one at walmarts  or any parts store

  3. Halfords have reference charts. Also any motor factor will tell you over the phone. If you are going to keep the car more than a couple of years buy a decent one. Eg. Bosch silver calcium. Motor factors sell them cheaper than Halfords lead acid rubbish.

  4.    All auto makes and models use a battery based upon the cold cranking amps that will be required to start it in the winter. All dealers have an index listing the BCI type and size required. Look for your required CCA, usually somewhere between 500 and 700 .

  5. dont go crazy spending a lot of money on a battery. Just get one that fits the battery box.
