Scandium is ever so slightly more expensive than Platinum which is worth more than gold.

Probably Rhodium...There's certainly things that are more expensive, but I think rhodium in most cases tends to be the most expensive of the PRECIOUS metals. It's price is also going up again (was decreasing for a while).

In 1991, Ronald Winston of Harry Winston Jewelers decided to make a wristwatch with a case made of a metal nearly ten times costlier than gold or platinum. Then, I think gold was worth $380 a Troy ounce, and platinum was worth $410 a Troy ounce, while this other metal was worth $3800 per Troy ounce. It took six months to get a 150 gram ingot of this metal by processing 2000 tons of ore. Then two years were spent and 400 tools were worn out carving a watch case from this hard and brittle metal and setting 38 baguette diamonds in it. Then a perpetual calendar movement was put in the case, and a turquoise stone dial was over it. This watch was called Galatee from two mythical Greek ladies. Its case is 99.98% pure RHODIUM. I hope you can see why it's so costly from this anecdote. Harry Winston's platinum perpetual calendar watch without diamonds cost $42,000 then. The Galatee probably cost $500,000 or more.

Rhodium is probably the most expensive.

Platinum is usually about twice the price of gold... and Rhodium can be up to 5 times the price of Platinum, making it about 10 times more costly than gold.

Rhodium is not as widely available as Platinum though...
