Ebay has 63 separate auctions (in the collectible category) for cookie stamps like yours, ranging in price from a dollar to over ten each....

As an indicator of price, I'll just mention that several are "Buy it now" offers for $4-$5. There are 5 in the Home and Garden category with 46 in the Ebay stores.

If you are a clever marketer, you could find a buyer to sell them to as a collection, but you might do better pricing the rarer ones at a little bit higher price and selling them separately, but the Ebay prices are a helpful indicator of what at least SOME other people think they are worth.
