should be around 30000 euros fo about 50sqm. Don't be fooled by sellers that say they are making a bomb (if they were they wouldn't be selling now would they?) But you have the chance to make a bar great if you have the drive and determination, you'll never b a millionaire with a bar in Spain and you'll never go to the beach again....but hey that's why we all live in Spain right.....

Now to get back to your question, I have helped someone when they bought a bar in La Marina (near Elche) and to be honest just make sure that they have all the necessarylicenses in order b4 you commit. It can b an expensive and long drawn out process aquirying them. You will need all the licenses in your own name anyway, so get a good lawyer (pref Spanish who speaks English) and don't put down more than 3000e deposit initially.
