What prison would a tranny be placed in?

If a transgender/tranny/s*****e was to be convited of a crime what prison would they be placed in(male/female)?

In the UK I think it depends what's on the birth certificate.... I'm pretty sure you can get your birth certificate changed now if change gender.

So that is the rule they use.

First a little education

Transgender is a word used to cover all people in the trans specrum so that would include crossdressers, transvestites,transsexuals and intersexed people.

Crossdressers have no gender issues they just like to when it takes them to use womens clothes it is thought that 1 in 4 men have crossdressed at some point in there lifes.

Transvestites do have gender issues and might at times or perminantly want to dress in another gender role though they would have no desire to chang s*x.

A Transsexual is a person whos brain it that of the oposit gender the condition is called Gender Dysphoria they will be treated at a gender clinic and will recive hormone treatment an sergery to change into the desired gender and will be in law that gender upon getting a gender recognition certificate which will allow the person to change there birth certificate  ect 1 in 4000 people are transsexual.

A crossdresser would goto a male prison.

A transvestite would goto a a male prison and be expexted to live in a male role if part time and if full time might be allowed to use female clothes.

A transsexual would use the prison of there brain gender.

Most prisons have a special area set aside for this sort of thing.  But hey, if you have a she-male assigned to a men's prison, for them it would be like finding yourself locked in a candy store!

Many states state that once a s*x change has been done, that person must register as the s*x they now are.

So if they are now a female organ wise they are a female to a female prison, like wise females to male male prison.

It should be whatever the DNA test says you are. Just because you have a thought in your head that you are a different gender, doesn't make it true. The people need lots of help.   :(

It depends. Where I live, pre-op or non-op women, and occasionally post-op and cis women, get sent to the male ones to get raped.
