  1. I am being HONEST in my answer....

    If you define referring to "schizhophrinia" in such a way that you mean whether or not a person has it the answer to your question is it DOES NOT follow a probability density function.

    If you are looking at it as whether a person has it or not  -- for example, you sample 100,000 and keep track of those that are "schizo"...... then you would use a Binomial Distribution.  

    This distribution is a discrete distribution and is defined by a probability MASS function.  Only continuous distributions (ie. normal, t,) have a probability density function or commonly abbreviated pdf.

    You need to further define your question and I am sure someone including me will help out.  But as your question currently stands there is NO answer.
