  1. My American son-in-law who has a lot of Scots ancestry (including his surname) experiences a lot of racism from his Scots co-workers. Racism is rife among the lower orders in Scotland.

  2. If they are legal then none. I think they experience less issues than 'natives'.

  3. Bitterness from those whose jobs they are taking !!! LOL.

  4. majority of the native population welcomes foreigners, but a few make their life very sad and humiliating .immigrants  on work permit are paying all the taxes as others but they are not entitled to any benefits or public funding.they have to pay for everything.but in middle east countries foreign workers do not have to pay tax.

  5. Language problems. A lot of the British speak very poor English and are very hard to understand. Culture: immingrants find it hard to comprehend how winning a shiny cup at football 42 years ago makes us so special now. Weather, well its just rubbish isn't it? Why they have to pay much tax and national insurance when they can't get to see a dentist. It must be h**l for them, it was for me and so I left. Funny I now live in a country where they have won the same shinny cup 3 times and it is left out of everyday conversation all the time.

  6. not as many as the native population

  7. I;Also agree with The Bruce!Answer me though a simple Question! If Alex Salmond has his way!And Scotland votes for Independence! Will Scottish people be looked upon as foreigners robbing the English of their jobs??

  8. The Bruce just about sums it up.
