  1. Nepotism

    Incompetence.

No legitimate mechanism for redressal of grievance of common man

    Palace intrigues.

Kitchen cabinet rather than cabinet of elected members.

Welfare of the people being neglected and importance given to amassing of wealth by the ruling members of the family.

No equality and equal opportunity before law.

    No rule of law.

    Might is right.

  2. Rebellion, revolution, corruption, savagery, etc. Dynasties consist of hereditary governments. Those in power may have poor potential, could be ruthless, or self-serving. Hence, the problems I mentioned could take place. People would inevitably rebel these days against such a system because it's undemocratic, unfair, and rightly unjust. There are the Bush dynasty, Clinton, etc. But here you still have congress, etc.

  3. Inbred royalty leading to incompetent leadership.
