I'm looking for a light, kinda cheap face product that will decrease redness. I already use proactive (2 years), but it doesn't seem to do the trick!

Any suggestions?

  1. Clean and Clear Advantage kit

its like the off brand of pro-activ but it works SOOO much better. I used pro-active and it didnt do anything for me, sorta made it worse. then i started using this stuff and it cleared my skin up and made it less red

    i love it

  2. Sugar Tint. Its a oil free moisturizer with SPF 20. It has a hint of color and it protects so good. I love it. Sometimes i just put that on, and curl my lashes for a fresh look.

  3. Try a green colour corrector. Everyday Minerals makes a (cheap!!) green-toned mineral corrector (Mint Colour Corrector... they also make a Pearl Mint, but I've never tried it)- just buff it on quickly before you put on your foundation. Feels like nothing once it's on!!

If you want something that you won't need to wear foundation with, try a drugstore green-tinted moisturiser. And if you want to invest in a quality correcting moisturiser, stop by Sephora and ask for samples before you buy it, so you know exactly how well it works on you!

Hope this helps :) I have red patches by my jawline, too, and EM helps me a ton.

  4. There is a soap bar that is supposed to take away redness, I'm wondering if you could possibly have Rosacea?  Which can cause redness of the skin and ProActive does NOT treat it.  I'd go online and look at some pictures to see if that's what you think you may have and I'd schedule an appointment with a Dermatologist.

Anyway :) they take a long time to get into so I have heard about this soap bar that people rave about and I'm sure you could get it somewhere cheap online and it is (supposedly) supposed to get rid of redness and signs of Rosacea if that is indeed what you have.

It is China Mystique Face Doctor Soap and you can also get it on amazon (but I'd look other places online to see if they are the cheapest)

  5. all mark products are oil free. http://vanonas.mymarkstore.com

  6. Try Clinique's foundations =] It's what me and my sisters use xD

  7. ask ur doctor.

  8. AcneFree makes a set of products called redness relief that work pretty well. You can find it at most Targets, Walmarts, etc.

    Hope that helped =]

  9. Visine also works.  I use it on blemishes occasionally & it works wonderful.  Just a few drops on a q-tip & apply on redness.  Let dry & viole!

  10. Green concealer green cancels red
