What products work good for acne?

I want to get rid of my acne before school starts which is in a little more than 2 weeks. Right now I'm using Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Therapy System and it hasn't worked for me.

I have really oily skin, and not serious acne but a lot of pimple and blackheads. What do you think will work for me skin type?

I need something that is available at a drugstore or somewhere like Target.

  1. I used to have the same problem I have combination skin (oily around the nose, chin and forehead, but cheeks are typically dry) the best thing i can say to do,If you want to spend a lot of money, get Murad. It's expensive, but it's worth it for the time that it works. After a long period of time your skin kinda becomes immune to the stuff. So I went to a dermatologist, and the prescriptions he gave me were actually cheaper than the whole murad system with my insurance,so if you have insurance i would definetly reccommend seeing a dermatologist,it's not the quickest process, but it's the best you can do because he can completely customize the process, products, and dosage you need for your skin type. But i guess if you're looking for something at target try the wave, the little pads didn't work too well for me but i bought the dry cotton ones that you can find at any drugstore and put my own perscription on them onto the wave it works very well.
