I need in detail after I student graduates college, what professional characteristics should he or she demonstrate?

A college graduate should demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and written. They should be a team player and be able to work well with others. Analytical skills are also important. They should be able to take information and process it and make a decision. It is great to be a leader, but if you are in a group full of leaders it could be disastrous so it is important to know when to follow as well. They should work well under pressure. They have to understand that things don't always go as planned so they need to not get flustered when things go wrong. Always speak with confidence. If you end up being wrong. There is nothing wrong with that. You can admit it, but there is nothing worse than someone not sounding confident when they speak.
