What program can I use to view a video clips coding info, to check if it's copyright or not?

youtube rejects some of my vids because they're apparently copyright. How do I view what information to which they refer?

  1. There is no "information" you need. If you didn't make the video, you don't own its copyright; the person who made it has the copyright.

    If you don't have written permission to upload a file you didn't make to YouTube, you are violating someone else's copyright.

    That said, and assuming you are uploading original works, you probably are using brand names or other easily identifiable keywords in the file names. Give the files gibberish file names.

    Also, if you have tried to upload a file before and it was rejected, YouTube can store a hash -- a special code it generates -- of that file, and prevent you uploading it again, even if you rename it.

    You would need to crop the clip or lengthen it so it will take a different hash the next time you upload it.

    But again, do not upload files that are not your right to upload.
