  1. windows movie maker. You stop the video at a point click split clip then click at the other end of the clip that you wish to delete and click split clip. Then delete the separated clip.


  2. Well if you have any of the newer Windows program you should have Windows Movie Maker if you go to Start, All Programs, and search around.
