What program do I use to make these graphics? (Look inside)?

What program(s) can I use to make little quotes and graphics such as the ones listed below?

Those look like they were actually written out, but obviously they were made on the computer..

You could use a neat program like Paint Shop Pro (I use the older version called Jasc Paint Shop Pro, but here is the site for the new Corel PSP http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/u...  ) You could use PSP to make all of them and also Animation Shop for number 3. http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/u...

Then you would go somewhere like http://www.dafont.com/ to grab some fonts and then get creative.
