What program on the computer for 3d effects?

i want a program that is easy to use that i can get this effect with.

Hmm not sure John, when i was at uni i used a programme called Strata 3D FX, although i am not sure if you can get that effect with it, and it isnt too easy too use and may be hard to obtain.
