What program will let me convert my dvd movies to ipod video format? ?

i tried hadbrake and it is pretty good except that i cannot convert protected DVDs to ipod. is there a software out there that will let me convert my movies to ipod, even if they are copyrighted? if so, what is the program called?

PS: I would appreciate it if the program was free. thanks.

iPod accepts only MP4 videos,you need a professional third party software to rip ur DVDs to MP4 videos.
