What program would I use to extract an ISO. file? Its a game I'm trying to extract. Its one solid ISO file. ?

I want to extract it so I can install the game. Any help would me much appreciated.

You dont need to extract it go and download Deamon Tools and install the program or Slysofts Virtual Drive (all free) and after install run the program it will add a virtual CD or DVD Drive to your computer then just find the drive and mount the image. then it will be like the disc is really in your computer.

Copy it to a blank cd/dvd

Winrar will extract it you might have to go into your winrar settings and make sure that it recognizes .iso files or you can get alcohol 120% which you can use to make a virtual drive and mount the iso to it to use it as  a normal disc
