What program would you use to open adobe dreamweaver?

um... am I missing something here? Adobe Dreamweaver is a program. It opens itself when you click on it's .exe file or a shortcut to said .exe file.

.....Adobe dreamweaver is a standalone application,  it will be opened by /html, xhtml, shtml, php and other file extensions,  to change said extensions read more about default mime types.

If you have the file in say a zip/rar/ace/7z/tar.gz/gz file  then you need a zip utility,  I prefer winrar which is available at rarsoft.com/
