What program(s)/organizations take Arab and Indonesian teens to the US? ?

While at Union Station on Monday evening I saw a group of Indonesian teens and then a group of Arab teens walking out to buses. I am wondering if anyone knows the name of the program that this was or any that are similar to it.

ok, its probably a group of fulbright students. its a scholarship program. usually they have an orientation before they settle in a certain university. but we as an indonesian have a student group in each state and we usually go together to have fun.
