What programs will make a black and white or grey photo have also parts in bright colors?

Its completely black and grey but somehow you can get someones shirt or a wall to be a bright red or grass bright green, while the rest of the pic stays in blk and grey

there is a free program called photofiltre.

you can use photoshop. or search yahoo and google for online editors. it is very easy in adobe photoshop cs3. look at some of mine

You can make BW photos with color in them using these free online image editors:

Picnik

Make the photo black and white. Repaint over items you want in color with color filter.

Splashup

http://www.splashup.com/

Create a dupe layer Convert to black and white. Erase the parts you want in color.

FotoFlexer

http://fotoflexer.com/

Duplicate the layer and change it to grayscale Erase items you want to be in color in the BW layer, so that the color shows through.

You can also do this in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Elements, if you have them.

I absolutely LOVE Adobe Photoshop. It may be expensive but if you are really wanting to do photography you will LOVE this software.
