What projects can I work on over summer?

Yes I'm a girl and I want to work on a meaty project that doesn't cost much. My parents are in work or doing things of their own so I really wanted something to keep me occupied and productive. And yes because I'm a girl ull say sowing but Im already starting a craft book of my holiday. I want something to do with my hands I like car programs and scrap heap challenge were you make things out of metal so I would like to do something that i could work on hard im arty and I concentrate well its just finding something to do I cant exactly find bits of metal and melt them together something simpler but gives u a challenge! I also love working with wood

oh and please no cross stiching, knitting, tapestry or sowing, nothing to do with needles. bad experience or jewelery making again bad ecperience. The beads always flew off the string

GO to a craft store or a hobby store and look around and see what you can find I am sure something will jump out at you. Try a few things and see what you like and you might find something that might make you a good extra income.
