What propcess I eligible for US tourist visa? I am Bangladeshi.?

First, pay the necessary visa fee in an accredited bank.  

Then, fill up the visa application on the internet.  Call the US Embassy and set for an appointment to be inteviewed.  Prepare all documents required on the application form for presentation during the interview.  Be able to prove that you will return to Bangladesh after your visit in the US.

Well, you already know how to apply, but according to your other questions, you were denied. The only way you can get a visa is to apply again and be interviewed once more. The best anyone can advise you at this point is to consider what happened at your original interview and how you can better demonstrate your intention of returning after your trip.  There is no specific formula on how to do this, which is why no one has given you that sort of  information so far, and no one can. If you think you can present your case better at another interview, you should give it a try. If not, in all likelihood, you would be wasting your time and money.

Each visa applicant must be interviewed by an American Consular Officer in order to obtain a non-immigrant visa. During the interview, the consular officer will determine if the applicant is legally eligible and qualified for a visa. Applicants may schedule their visa interviews in either of two ways. All applicants are encouraged to schedule their interviews at least two to three months in advance of travel.
