  2. As much as we demand.

  3. The government is very limited in protecting us, since protecting us would mean violating our rights of privacy.  We are being attacked over the internet, but so far our firewalls, spyware, virus protection, etc. keep our systems safe.  Other than that, terrorists will try to attack us everywhere in the world and want desparately to assault us in the U.S.  The government has to strengthen our borders and sea port securities.  Until we do our butts are exposed as targets!

  4. As little as possible. We should be more self reliant and less dependent on big government to come in and fix all of our problems. Them only time the government should come into play, where internet is concerned, is when a lawsuit is filed against a person or company.
