What protective clothing must be worn by a chef?

i am doing a little assignment and i have to list all the safety clothing that MUST be worn by a chef in a working kitchen, and only the clothing that MUST be worn not the clothing that could be worn is needed!..........So, what clothing MUST be worn by a chef??

chef check pants

apron

scarf/ neck tie

hat

good steel toe cap shoes

and sometimes plastic or a metal glove

I'd have to say gloves, and something to cover hair as a hat or a hair net.  And most places make you wear an apron, but it doesn't HAVE to be worn....

So, gloves and hair net?
