  1. All essential amino acids are essential for children and adults. ( Isoleucine, Leucine. Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Thryptophan, Valine; Arginine and Histidine, also Cysteine and Tyrosine are semi-essential, they can`t be synthesized by children. )
