  1. Depends on your preference. Here are some good ones, the price, and where to purchase them:

  2. I would suggest the brand Power Bar. I personally don't like them just because of the stuff thats in it, but its the only brand that I know of. Ohh and you can always just eat alot of nuts they have tons of protein not as much as meat but alot.

  3. Anything with peanuts.  I am big on pulses, too.  15% of bread flour is protein too so the chances of you suffering from deficiency is pretty remote.

  4. It is a lot more cost effective to buy protein shakes as opposed to the bars. They are of higher quality, and don't have bulking agents which cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Try a soy protein found at Holland and Barrett. They aren't that expensive, and saves the embarrasment of belching infront of your mates.

  5. All of them, especially the BIG ones since you must need lots of protein.

It's NOT very healthy to be a vegetarian... Take a T-bone steak at least once a week!

  6. I would suggest the Pure Protein brand of bars. They have the best ratio of protein/dollar out there. Plus they taste pretty good. The average Pure Protein bar has 19-20 grams of protein and they only run about $1 a piece at Wal-Mart. They also have 6 packs you can buy for $5. These are the bars I use because of the good value. Just one piece of advice though, don't eat too many in one day no matter what brand you  buy. It will induce gas and a laxitive effect. Not fun. If you are just looking for supplemental use, then I would recommend 1 or 1 and 1/2 a day. I hope this has been helpful to you!
