Do you think they will charge me a fee since it's theFirst time to get my own apt? I have really good credit. I earn less than 13, 000 a year. I think they have a program for people like me but, would they still charge. I know, I can call but, their closed right now and I want some advice asap. THANKS!

powertochoose.org is a website for consumers that lists all the licensed electric providers in Texas. I believe it is put together by Public utilites commission of texas. Be careful with the providers that offer the lowest rate per Kilowatt cause they have other hidden fees that may result in a higher rate than some of the larger electric companies. Good Luck
