What public policy issues intrest you and why?

the legal, ethical, and liberal (in the sense of American politics). because those are the ones that from which a true society can exist and a lack to recognize or truly understand them show a lack of sound logic or judgment.

Social justice because I believe in solidarity and have empathy for those less fortunate whether it's in my country or around the globe.

War and peace because I'm not a pacifist but believe war like violence should always be the absolutely last resort. Soldiers shouldn't die over the economic interests of the elite.

Criminal justice because I feel we should be a society of laws which leads me to think criminals should be held accountable. At the same time I recognize a lot of people that currently end up in the justice system don't belong there, can be rehabilitated and deserve a second chance where the present system often lets bigger criminals with more money of the hook.
