I am going on a second date and would like to know where I should go. I have been given the choice this time of where to go, but I don't really know Glasgow. He's not Scottish so no where rowdy as i can hardly understand his accent the now. Somewhere with decent music in a chilled out bar. Any ideas!!

  1. The Butterfly and the Pig on bath street. really chilled and laidback, got couches and they do good food. can get really busy on fri nights but its small and intimite. really good wee bar

  2. THERE ARE MORE TO AVOID THAN TO GO TO

    try around the city centre

  3. I would suggest Waxy O'Connors near George Square, just beside Queen Street station. Could also try The Corinthian in St.Vincent Street - lovely piano bar. Also some good pubs near Royal Exchange Square and in The Merchant City. There are loads of pubs in Glasgow - you won't be stuck. Just keep walking till you find something suitable. Hope you have a great time!

  4. the west end of glasgow should suit your needs

  5. There is a nice chilled out cocktail bar that plays piano music and chill out tunes on West George Street I think its called Blue Dog?? It s a little expensive but its worth it. Failing that Waxy's is quite good but its not very quiet tho.
