Thanks. This is for the UK, the person in question in question may well have been intoxicated by other things too. A real boil on the bum of society!

  1. Public flogging.

  2. erm, oh dear, looks like prison

  3. Pretty sure prison. I got prison for that second time but I had other offences on my record. Still banned from driving over it.

  4. Jail, loss of the licence for a considerable amount of time(10yrs+), and ordered to resit their test at the end of it.That said, if the previous two bans aint worked it might just be better to revoke the licence indefinately.

  5. Life bans is the answer before he kills someone. Not another

    Multi Humberside

  6. do you mean 3rd time, a prison sentence , obviously this person hasn,t learnt there lesson, lets hope its quite a number of years as they could have killed someone had they been in an accident

  7. do you mean 3rd time?

i don't know what the punishment would be but it ought to be a jail sentence, as this person has obviously not learn ed his lesson, if you know this person, or if it is you who is the repeat offender, then please learn! take my advice and either STOP DRINKING or STOP DRIVING, you or he is very dangerous and you will probably kill someone,

  8. As this is the UK   "you"   will have no problems at all the police will just nick the next car further down the road for parking.

  9. I hope a very long prison sentence and a life ban on driving if and when he comes out. We all foul things up to a greater  or lesser degree but this stupid being has no consideration  for anyone. His irresponsibility is staggering probably even more than he was at he time

  10. Hope you like prison food.

  11. Third tim you have been caught drink driving, whilst being disqualified??

Whats the matter with you?  Not satisfied until you mow down some innocent pedestrian?

Its likely you will be sent down so the public can be safe from you for a while.

  12. A painful and lingering death!

  13. Prison hopefully.

  14. 3rd time in California is about  5 years prison.

  15. really ask a lawyer or police officer.... if you ask me prison followed by a retest in many years

  16. If you live in the UK then you'll probably escape a custodial sentence as our prisons are so overcrowded.  I was caught doing 127mph on a bike whilst on a ban and only recieved 56 days extra and a £250 fine.  As your offence is a bit more serious and you STILL haven't learnt i think a lengthy community service order a hefty fine is on the cards, loss of licence for a LONG time, and a driving licence retest, if your still young enough to take it again by then lol (don't completely rule out a short custodial though).

    Hope this has helped.

P.S Please don't D&D it's not only your life you put in danger but those of innocent people too, how would you feel if one of your family members was ploughed down by a DD?

  17. A year in jail.

  18. Prison.
