I am going to bye a dog for Christmas. It's going to a girl dog but I have no idea what breed. I don't want to spend thousands of dollars for a dog. I need one that's a great family dog and very playful. I don't care if it's small or big. If you know any breeds plz tell me and if you have good names add that to. Thanks!

  1. I have a female Boston terrier puppy named Jada. She is great. Very cuddly and loves to play. Very easy to train. She was 450 on puppyfind.com. Go there and learn a little bit more. She doesnt shed to much either

  2. Lab?? They are friendly and playful, name it like somethng after some kind of flower!

  3. I would get a beagle if you ask me. The beagles are so loving, some are easy to train, and you don't have to take them to a grommer.   The animal shelter has lots of dogs too that need a home look there.

  4. It doesn't matter what breed you get just becareful where it comes from. Make sure you get to see the parents and make sure they are in good condition. Do your research ask the breeder of any medical conditions and stuff. I personally prefer big dogs for cuddly pets.

  5. I Think the best dog breed you can get is akc cockier spaniel. they are so lovable and kind. they follow you every where you go and they get along with everyone. even kids. they are active and strong. they are playful and they love to do tricks. easy to train. i have a akc cockier spaniel and she is blond hair. there all kind of cooker spaniels . trust me. there the best.

  6. Why not go to the dog rescue I found my collie there she is a wonderful dog loyal loves to play and be stroked and because she is not a pedigree she is hardy and healthy.  Go on rescue a dog !

  7. Adopt a dog from the ASPCA or something. Don't "bye" a dog. Help dogs that are in need of a home. Some even know tricks already when you adopt. I would suggest getting a beagle, a labrador, or a collie. I personally love Australian shepherds, they rock!!!

  8. You're going to BUY a dog for christmas, not "bye".

If you're not willing to spend thosands of dollars then get a fish.

Dogs can cost well over 10,000 dollars in their lifetime.

*ANY* well bred dog will cost you atleast $500-$800(or more, especially during the holidays) inital cost if you're buying from a breeder.

Stay away from Pet Store puppies.

    Or, better yet..Adopt!

  9. maybe a german shepard

  10. go to your local pound or rescue centre ....why buy a dog new when there are puppies and oldies in desparate need of a loving home

all my animals are from rescue centres and they are all good with kids and other animals i think its coz their thankful that i rescued them!

labs are great i had one called bowser from sangreat the resuce centre near my friends

  11. i would go  rescue center and saved one that they might put down what ever one catches your eyes and is most suitable for you

  12. Jack russell(very active dog),golden retriever ,Chihuahua.Names....Pinky,angel,precious...

  13. You should get a chihuahua, mini pinscher, or a jack russell terrier. I would also say a silky terrier. These dogs are very playful. They are not very expensive.

  14. You should buy a german shepherd. They are big in size and are great family dog. They need a lot of exersice. They behave good with children. They are  also great guard dog. GOOD LUCK!!!

  15.     If you buy a small dog, how about a Yorkie or Poodle?  A large breed that's a good dog are Labrador Retrievers(Golden or Black) or German Shephards.

Choose the dog that best suits you and your lifestyle.  Good luck!

  16. Well if you are going to buy a dog, it will cost you probably up to or more than a thousand dollars, especially around Christmas.  If you adopt, it will be much cheaper
