  1. you can start as an aide with a high school diploma --possibly 2 years of college (depending on if you work through a school or private agency)

    you can work independently with a 4 year degree and training

    or you can have ABA certification with either a 4 yar or masters degree to be teh most qualified


  2. I just started as a ABA Therapist in May and these where the requirements:

    individuals to work with students one-on-one in the classroom setting, working both in general education and special education classrooms. We support students with deficits in communication skills, social skills, behavior and academic goals and following a classroom routine. We can train you to do this! We are looking for the right personalities for the field- not neccessarily looking for experience in the behavior or education field (sure, that's always a bonus, but definitely not required to interview and be considered)
