  1. To see not evil hear not evil and become a good team player

Money goes to the pocket of the functionaries

    Turn the eye away

    Take bribes and

Also cheer how Sudan, Burma , China etc get prizes and respect for their so gentle treatment of their own people

And blame America for all the evil in the world

Then you will be consider like Nicole Kidman, a good team player candidate to be part of the United Nations

or better defined, the United Shameless Nations

  2. The ability to talk and talk and have meeting after meeting and actually achieve as little as possible with the good money that has been given to you.

If you want to help the world it is better to work with or hire private companies to do the work, that way they work efficiently, not like the organizations you have listed

  3. you must have strong general knowledge and a high degree diploma, you have to speak at least 3 languages perfectly... and to know someone who works inside to help you

  4. At a very basic level, you need 3 skill sets:

    1) The ability to speak the local language of the area you might be assigned to.

    2) The ability to speak the official languages of the UN: English and French

    3) Experience performing the tasks required of any job you're applying for (and some of them can be incredibly specific, such as "onion farming").

  5. Knowledge of foreign relations, government and international law.

  6. What qualifications one needs depends on the job, and on whether it is reserved for a local or an international hire.

Most positions require a Master's Degree level of education. The degree can be in just about anything: human resources management, business, child psychology, journalism, gender studies, engineering, whatever. But the degree needs to be coupled with a lot of work and volunteering experience with high-poverty communities, particularly in developing countries, and the ability to work fluently in English and at least one other language.
