You need to make a financial statement to showing you can support yourself without the need for the per dium you will get for the foster children. You will have to have training classes based on your state. You will have to have a home study done by your case worker that will cover your entire life history and an inspection of your home. You will need to have a local police back ground check done as well. There may be other things that the state of OR requires as well.
