You will need an elephant

just need to ride an elephant, there was a bar back in the 70's that had an elephant bucking machine, Maybe you could practice on that.

Do lots of piliayes ( some form of exercise, goodness only knows how you spell it)and squats and toughen up your heels.

That should do the trick!

Of course it helps if you can speak Hindi or Thai as well!
