What qualities did your wife have that motivated you to ask her to marry you?

I'm just wondering what to guys look for in a wife these days, because back when I was married he wanted a maid, s*x slave and a yes woman. I believe in pleasing my man but do I get a so in things or does that keep me in the only good to date and discard category?

of course I looked for somene with things in common.

physical attraction wasnt that important.

it was the way we communicated , her heart, and the way she thought about me and showed it.

I also wanted a old fashioned girl, low maitinance, and NOT  after my money (sometimes when a woman finds out your a Doctor with your own practice, they see nothing but $$ signs.)

I like the fact that when I met my wife she was up front about what she wanted in life.  She was educated, she had a job, she was smart. but most of all dammm she can cook!!!

A willingness to accept me as I am, intelligence, plus a compatible personality and looks.  I didn't need a maid (I'm a pretty good cook, and I can take care of myself) and I like someone who can make up her own mind about things.  As for s*x, you should be able to please each other--I don't need a slave, just a partner.

Beleive it or not, its the same qualitys a woman looks for, attention and respect, that type of attention that says, you are my King and you are my Queen, I have eyes for no other!
