  1. Sounds like you're filling out an employment application to be a flight attendant.  If so, you need to do some soul searching.  The answer to this question will help you determine if this is the right career for you.  If you aren't sure I'd suggest doing some research into the duties of a cabin crewmember.  As for me, I'd say my top three would be:

    1) FLEXIBILITY because this job is never the same from day to day, flight to flight or customer to customer.  You're ability to adapt will determine how long you'll last in the job, how successful you'll be, and ultimately how much satisfaction you'll derive from it.

    2) SENSE OF HUMOR without which what should be an enjoyable career might otherwise be just a job.  Trust me, there are some days this will be the ONLY thing keeping you going. Besides, who likes to work with a grouch?

    3) PROFESSIONALISM- definitely the MOST important.  This is knowing how best to use all your other skills (flexibility, sense of humor, etc.) to handle any given situation.

    Good luck.

  2. Firstly, please excuse my English grammar, I hope you understand what I tried to say. My answers are as follow:

1.Passion - I love what I am doing and that helps to make a job pleasant to both yourself & customer. It kinds of give an inner strength to face each day challenges.

    2. Open-minded - being a cabin crew, I'd face so many different trade of people, different back ground, believes, custom & understanding. Open-minded would help to make room for each of those that come through my path each time.

    3. Do unto other as you would like them to do unto you - I think that said it all.

    Good luck! & God bless
