What question is "Worksheet B line 31" on the FAFSA?

I'm suppose to enter an amount there. but I can't find it? What quesion or number is it suppose to be.

Are you sure you are on the correct website?  Because the real fafsa application doesn't have line numbers on  worksheets A B and C.  AND there are only 13 lines on worksheet B, not 31.

You aren't on that "pay for the FREE fin aid application website" are you?
