I'm shore that they would already know that the West had put business style plan into effect in the third world countries a long time ago.  The us and U.N. convinced third world nations that they should restrict the masses of their nations to only one child per couple.  In the name of stopping poverty within there boarders.


  2. They would ask about the social factors that are causing this slow growth..

    e.g

    - The state the health service is in

    - birth rates

    - death rates

    - immortality rates

  3. This is a rather pointless question, I think, or rather wishful thinking on your part, since the rate of population growth among humans on this planet will never slow. Even if there is a catastrophic event which leads to mass deaths among humans on this planet, the rate of population growth will not slow, unless most of the reproductive-age population becomes sterile for some reason.
