I will be in charge of hiring an intern and have never conducted an interview before. I have been interviewed for jobs in the past, but I'm having trouble remembering many of the questions I was asked. Can you give me some good interview questions that I can ask? Nothing too hard though, I don't want to scare them away

  1. There are mainly three types of questions hiring managers like to ask.

First type: technical question (by asking these you will know if they have the right background and experience)

Second type: human resources question (by asking these you will know how the person handles stressful situation)

Third type: explain previous negative employment (if they are terminated, hiring manager will want to know why)

Please see some articles on job and interview, hopefully it will help you select the right candidate.
