What questions should I ask when shopping for an FHA lender?

i know to ask about interest and to make sure that its fixed-but what other things to ask that i don't know about? This is my first home and I want to make sure that I make the right decision any advice would help so much!

Interest rate, fees for application,  origination's ,points,and  if you have any penalty if you like to sell your house in first 2 years,
