Will he mind what I did with him tomorrow morning?

Will he get bored looking after the kid and staring at the TV all day?

Is he "fulfilled" living at home?

Perhaps he can take up knitting in his spare time?

Are we looking for equality, or something more?

  1. Exactly the same questions that men would ask with the exceptions of gender specific questions.

Inequality is LESS FAVOURABLE TREATMENT on the basis that person belongs to a group where others who do not belong to that group receive more favourable treatment.

Men would still be men. They would still not ask questions about their periods, breast feeding, nor (likely) lipstick colours.  In an equal society, women would ask exactly the same questions men would ask (with the exceptions of the gender specific questions such as 'Why do I still have a higher risk of prostate cancer?)

  2. Why do I get paid LESS for the SAME job??? Now that's my question...

  3. Why is it that I'm a pefectly good mother, but he still gets custody of the kids and I have to pay him child support when I only see them once every 2 weekends?

  4. My one burning question remains:  "Oh my god!  What am I gonna wear?"

  5. In an equal society women should ask questions about how we can advance the quality of life for those without food, water and shelter.  How we can manage to provide basic medication to countries where children die needlessly of diseases that have been eradicated from the West a long time ago.  Basic issues of taking care of others who don't have the luxuries that we enjoy in the West should be critical to men and women.

Whether the term "lady" is offensive shouldn't be a terribly important concern when compared to the aforementioned.

  6. Do we have more privileges under the law than men do? Are we really equal, or have we gone a step further to where we now have laws that favour women over men simply because we are female? What can we do to fix this so we are truly equal?

  7. Brenda what should I do?  My husband is 43 and he is getting fat and has stretch marks from having my kids.  I can't get dinner on time and now he doesn't want s*x anymore cause he says he's tired.  Should I get a red corvette and seek out a younger women, or should I just put up with not getting what I want?

  8. Why the h**l is my life so complicated!?!?!

The same thing men will be asking

  9. "I go out and work 40hr weeks, and all you do is sit up in the house all day and watch the kids! How is THAT work?!"

  10. I think that depends on the woman. Even now, in the diverse societies we have around the world, different women ask different questions, as they have their own individual needs, desires, outlooks, choices... lifestyles.

As for myself, I can't think of a question I would ask (maybe my brain is slightly blah at the moment), would probably have to be there to find out.  :-p

  11. "Why, when my gender does all the dangerous or laborious work (soldier, trash woman, police woman, fire woman), at odd hours and with complete commitment, does the other gender complain that women get paid more?"

  12. what Reb said.

  13. Why in the h**l did this take so long?
