  1. Which plans they offer at what price.

    The plans are standardized.

  2. You want a Plan C or E.  The benefits will be the same with every company because they are regulated by the Federal Gov and the only thing that varies is the the price.  If your doctor accepts Medicare, they will accept the Medicare Supplement.  Remember, you will also need a prescription drug plan D in addition to the supplement.  If you want to compare plans, go to www.medicare.gov and they will give you all the information you need.

There are plans A-L each letter is a plan and these plans are all standardized. You should refer to the "Medicare And You" book for a chart stating what each plan covers. When you have an Idea what level of coverage you would like then simply find the company in your area with the lowest monthly premium and you should be ok. You can download the "Medicare And You" book at the link below and find pricing at the link above. These sites also have phone numbers that you can call for free assistance. Hope this helps.
