What " current" means in DV2008 bulletin ?

does it mean all the numbers are qualified or the number that shown in the previous bulletin is the cut-off number?

"For August, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2008 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows: When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number."

    Each bulletin superceedes the previous one so what it said on the previous bulletin does not matter. If it says current in the area you are interested in that is all that matters! :-) SO yes, it means all the numbers are qualified where it says current.
